Small Sterling Charm....???????

Hell there....I have done lots of reserch on this charm that i found one day scanning a local park. I can find no information on K.YOUNG .
K.YOUNG sterling is marked on the reverse of this (Art Deco???) charm. Any information would be greatly appreciated.There is also a 21 marked on the reverse ...is that 1921??? Arghhhhgggggg.......Thanks for looking!!:garrett:
