I've had this problem with the ground balance hanging up on 88 with fastgrab, when i switch to manual balance
i can change the setting but you can tell its not right.When i put the big coil back on it works perfectly.I think
the problem is where the cord screws into the control box, not making good connection.Any thoughts or
suggestions would be great

on occasion mine will do the exact same thing..............even with the stock coil. Its imperative you have a 100% tight and clean connection or it will do this. All it takes is for the knurled nut to even be a little bit loose and it will do it. inspect the small coil connector really good, and make sure there is no debris or crap in the end. then.............lightly lube the connector with a good dielectric compound, put it together and make sure the nut is tight. Should be ok...........
