Small Coil

Took the 6 inch Excellerator to the fairgrounds that I hunt when it gets to hot and dry to hunt the parks. It's so shaded there's hardly any grass and the pickins are slim. I've hunted this spot for many years and have been skunked many times. Hunting with such a small coil is really slow and tedious but can pay off if you have the patience. The odd thing was I also dug about a dozen copper Memorials with the weaties and injun and they were all at the same depth, about 6 to 7 inches. The 83 Injun must have been in circulation for many years with so much wear.

Nice digs Jim!! I told you that little coil was a keeper ;)

Nice finds, I really like the 6" coil. congrats
