This appears to be a piece of a 2 reale, but doesn't match up with anything I've seen. This is not a beach/water find.........but I was within a couple hundred feet of water....does that count ?? Found the buffalo today too, threw it in for contrast and size comparison. It pays to check the tiny things you dig.

This is a couple of days digging. It doesn't include the stuff I threw into the bushes at the edge of the field. Also about a jillion little pieces you can't see on the bottom. The stuff on the coaster on the right is the good stuff.
