Small caliber bullet ID?

Sgt. Silverman

Would anyone out here know what size caliber bullet this is by any chance? I found it on a Civil War Encampment last weekend. Apparently there hasn't been this type of caliber bullet pulled off of this parcel of land to date, mostly three ringers such as the dropped one I found with a friend for comparison. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Greg

Can you measure it? Caliber is the diameter in 100ths of an inch. If it measures 1/4 inch, it is 25 caliber, 1/2 in = 50 caliber and so forth. Calipers would be nice but a ruler will get you real close.

Thanks Larry. Been a while. I hope all is well and I appreciate the help.
