Small cache found today.

I found this small box with coins about 5 inches deep with the Fisher Id Edge. Man was I excited.

Coins:
1944-D Walker
1943-P Nickel
1946 Nickel
1941 Wheat
1944 Wheat
1945 Wheat

Way to go great find. i did the same but with a buffalo a standing liberty and a merc
 
Thanks guys. It's a double edged sword though. Found this my second day of the detecting season, going to be hard to top.
 
True, is hard to top, I say that was once in a lifetime find and you were very lucky to pass your coil over it. But there's Mercs, Indian heads, Barbers, seated, large cents, etc waiting to be found one at a time. Finding any of these is exciting and will make your day.
 
A great day for sure - one to remember. Is that a plastic case ? If so then someone put the coins in later than the dates I would think. Plastic was not readily available then.
