i was hoping to buy one along with a good pan.
any advice on a good quality, worth buying sluice box?

Pretty much all the sluice boxes are the same just different brand names and they come in 3 sizes, usually a 6.5x36",,,10"x36" and 10"x 48 or 51" . I sell the Fine Recovery made in Jefferson, OR. http://home.teleport.com/~mining/#
Get a Garrett Panning Kit then you have everything that you need, has the classifier, reg pan and a small clean up pan and snuffer bottle and book and vial.
