I have a 1923 where would the mint mark be ,dont want to sound stupid but Im not that much into coins have tons but dont know much about them.

If it's an S mint mark, you have a good one.

If you don't know much about coins....How'd ya know it was a key date??? best bet is to invest about $7.00 and get a informational coin book to look up all your goodies....

i NEW IT WAS A KEY DATE BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE ON THE FORUM HAD MENTINONED IT AND I WAS LOOKING AT ALL THE COINS I HAD AND SAW A 1923 TABBY.

Hey, bunn, lighten up on the guy, okay? Maybe his post had a tiny bit of insinuation but he did give you some good advice. You can never have too much reference material.
