Slow sunday field hunt

Hit a field site and got zero metal keepers. I did however find this arrowhead laying on the surface so that was a bonus. Went back thru town did a door knock on a tiny yard to redeem myself and
Got 6 wheats, silver Rosie and a no date buffalo nickel.

Nice bunch of finds - congrats !

I'd like to find a few arrow heads for my display.
A local farmer told me that over 5000 Indians lived on what is now his 100 acre soy bean field - this site has been visited by state Archaeologists over the years.
I have permisson to look for arrow heads once the beans have been cut - the farmer told me the best time to look for arrow heads is after a heavy rain.

Nice looking finds Terry. That point is a good bonus as well. Congratulations and thanks for the pictures.
