Slow fishing today, not many hits

I was out for a few hours today,but didn't come up with much. Managed to get 6 wheats, a crotal bell, and little clad.
 
I'm stumped Dirt what's a crotal bell is it like a sleigh bell?
 
They used them on buggies back in the older days to let other people know they were coming. Mostly back roads because they were so narrow.
