I headed to the lake Sunday morning with just one detector, the AT Gold. I usually carry at least 3, but I was going all out with the ATG, no switch-a-roo mid hunt like I am known to do. It was a great day in the water, just no GOLD. I did scoop a dollar sign pendant, but it's a junker. Here's the loot using the ATG/Grey Ghost Amphibian ''phones (sweet!!)/5 x 8 coil/stock shaft.

I scooped the bottlecaps just because I was bored. This spot wasn't used much this past week due to some rain we had. And folks just aren't wearing their bling when swimming...are they really getting smart?? The waterproofed propointer is working great, cuts my retrieval time in waist deep and shallower water WAY down. I just lay it on it's side and scan the bottom until I find the target and then put it vertical and get right on the target and get it with my gloved hand. Kinda rough on the glove, new ones in the very near future.

Monday, I headed to a different lake, more coins but no bling whatsoever. DRATZ!! I went back to my switch-a-roo ways and used the ATG and AT Pro to amass this fortune!! Here's the take from my 4 hrs. in the drink!!

I was running with Iron Audio On, which I usually don't just to see how much iron is around and how much I'm going to encounter when my SeaHunter Mark 2 comes back from the Garrett Hospital. I dug a few of them up, just to clear them out.

Today finds me on a bit of R & R, just hangin' with my BIG kitties...and headed to the Sporting Goods Store for a new set of gloves!!

Same here Pal, we must both be hunting PoorMans beaches...I saw a poopy diaper up on the sand, and went directly into the water in front of it, figuring some lady had to rinse her hands off...got a sweet mid tone and thought, yes! Nothing but a pulltab!:ranting: Where all the rich folks at?

Thanks a lot... now Tigger wants a penthouse, too. Guess I'll have to sell another of my treasures (no, the marbles are sacred:heh:).

BCD, I use to buy Expensive Scuba Gloves from a Dive Shop, which are Great!! Then, I tried a pair of the WESTERN Blue Work Gloves from my local Harbor Freight Store, that sell
for almost $5.00, when they are on sale, and they are on sale for the month of JULY!! They work GREAT, and have Very Good Dexterity, and they go on sale OFTEN!!! If you decide to try them, just try Several PAIRS On until you find the Most COMFORTABLE Fitting Pair!! Best of LUCK, Les Robinson

I thought Tigger was already King of the Castle and would already be afforded all of the accoutrements of his lofty station!! After seeing him on some of your adventures, I know he's a tree-dweller type cat and a tower would make him feel happy and safe. Even a simple carpeted shelf on a wall that he can jump up on will do the trick, especially if it's by a window so he can watch Cat TV!!

I'll chack them out. The last pair of gloves I had were Carhartts and they lasted pretty good but the store was out of them when I went yesterday. I bought a pair of $5 fishermans gloves that seem pretty limber, but not real sure till I hit the water with them. Thanx for the tip!!

It's been real slow for me to. Have not hit gold in a couple of months. Digging loads of clad and junk but no rings. Found a lousy hello kittie bracelet last week.
Just oneof those things. I never complain, I just love to hunt. Every day I wake up is a good day.

BCD you have some beautiful cats! I guess your hunt was pretty bad if your diggin' those babies up lol Such is life....Maybe next time the "big ringaroo" will be waiting for you. Maybe a matter of changing your strategy of further out or maybe closer to waters edge? Concession stand? outhouse? boardwalk? edge of paarking lot? I wish you BIG gold that houses a nice diamond  on your next hunting expedition.
