Slim pickin's and a whatzit

Found the items displayed, brass star, silver wire cross ring with "stone" in cross, junk pin with plastic "stone", egg sinker and a coin type item with the word MANRYO on both side. Any ideas as to what it is? Maybe some sort of game piece?
