Sizing a target-SE

I'm VERY new to the SE but I can already do it to some extent already.
The pinpoint was frustrating to me the first time or two out but the last time out it really started to click and I'm really starting to like it. (Enough so that I was doing a little testing of detecting in pinpoint mode.)
