I would try the the old fashioned way and phone them. I know it's an international call but it should not break the bank . A phone call is worth a thousand e mails , soo easy to ignore e-mails , not so easy yp ignore a phone call , all my dealings with dealers and manufacturers are done on the phone. I think E-Mail sucks for "Getting the Job Done"..

Would it be possible for Makro to put some of the common spare parts that people might need on the website. Things like the pinpoint trigger rubber, hand grips , arm cuffs , battery compartment doors.
things that can break.

We checked the original specs that was provided by the supplier and the thread pitch is not mentioned.
We can check with the supplier but it may be hard for you to obtain the same one... or better, we can send some extra ones to the dealer in our next shipment if you specify a dealer name.

Hi again dilek i do not have a dealer to deal with as this unit was bought second hand and its just about a year old and i am trying to replace this boot to possibly avoid early failure of this switch due to dirt ingress ,but its proving a difficult task for such a simple thing .

is there any way i can buy some of these boots direct from you direct from you.
