This was joined with Photovista. Used 8x ND filter to blur the water.

I am not fimiliar with the filter you used to blur the water. does it just screw on? How the heck does it work?
It is impressive as it is usually to get a good pan when you have moving objects in the picture. Alignment is tough.
The rocks are crystal clear and sharp!!
 
This is the first chance to be back at this forum.
The neutral density 8x cuts exposure by three f stops to allow for a slower shutter speed. Camera was tripod mounted and shutter was tripped via remote. I use cokin filters which are square in shape and slide into a holder. You can buy screw in ND filters also.
