Marcia and I were going to our Christmas parade today, just there and back, when some 'friends' of ours called us up and invited themselves along, meaning we had to go to their house and pick them up,take them to the parade(sitting there for over two hours),and take them back home. They were telling me 'It will take a long time to get your strength back!',.....I had to go into their house and sit until the parade started, and all the subsequent riding/sitting/driving them back home resulted in me not being able to attend a Christmas party with my wife that had been in the works for a month, because I am exhausted........It has gotten to the point they practically 'snap their fingers' when they need a ride somewhere, and I just had to tell them we will be here to help you.I am really not happy about missing this Christmas party while my wife could go,just so these people could go to the Christmas parade.Prayers, please, for me,before I stick my feet in my mouth and tell them something I will regret. These people KNOW my situation, that's the worst part about it.Warthog Steve.
