Single Coin VS Coins Cache

Is the sound of a Silver Coins Cache the same as the one for a Single Silver Coin of the same type of the Cache Coins???
 
I have found multiple coins many times and they usually sound broken up and bounce around alot. They also tend to show up lower in frequency and on the screen. should be a solid hit though.
