Singer Island, Fl. Mostly trash, allot of bad weather.

I spent the weekend on Singer Island, first off I would like to say this is a beautiful community, and tons of Friendly people. Tried hunting three different times at low tide. Twice at 1:30 and 2:00 am then once in the early morning. Do to bad weather the hunts were short. Didn't find much but had allot of alone time, no one around but me. Now I know why, wasn't much to find. I got to visit with friends ( the reason for going) in the first place. When I go back my friend showed me some high dollar areas and places to park for free to access them,so maybe next time. Here is the nut.

OH MY GOSH, Papa-Joe Those hunks of metal, I think they are drippings of steal from when the Spaniards were doing welding repairs from their damaged ships, after a battle or a major storm off the coast of Florida in the early 1700. OK OK I'm Kidding, hey I have found some too not sure what they might be.,

Logic seems right GH
Quick Google search shows AL melts at 1220 F.:hot:
Another quick Google search shows that campfires can get that hot.
Therefore it is plausible that those were more than likely former beverage containers that are nothing but a recyclable blob now:cool:

I run into the molten aluminum on most Florida beaches. I'm guessing beer cans + fires = more trash for us to dig.

Sorry I didn't get to see you this trip. Maybe next time.!

HH!
