simple pinpoint mod for ace 250

hi all i just thought i would place this simple mod for ace 250 owners who would like a simple solution to try out a idea so you can try the perminently on pinpoint mode, thereby giving you an all metal non motion mode, without having to keep your thumb pressing the pinpoint button for hours [OUCH] lol.
all you have to do is get one of those plastic clothes pegs as shown in pic and pull of the top piece, then cut of about 1/4-1/2 inch of the front of the peg so you have a nice flat section to sit on the button, then get some rubber say of an old or new set of plier handles, and cut to length of your modified clothes peg,and slide it on,to the top section covering all of the top piece of the peg, then all you do is carefully pull up the rubber hand grip on your detector at the front just in front of control box screen and slide it in.IT MAY BE EASIER TO TAKE OF THE CONTROL BOX FIRST THEN YOU CAN ADJUST LENGTH OF PEG STICKING OUT TO JUST THE RIGHT LENGTH AND THEN POP THE CONTROL BOX BACK ON CAREFULLY LIFTING UP THE PEG AS YOU DO SO. THEN THE PEG SHOULD BE SITTING JUST RIGHT SO THAT WHEN YOU push down ON THE front section of the peg WITH YOUR FINGERTIP IT WILL SWITCH ON THE PINPOINT AND HOLD IT ON,AND WHEN YOU PUSH DOWN ON the rear of the peg under the rubber handle grip SLIGHTLY IT WILL GO OFF , Pretty simple realy but it works well. just add some black sticky tape the electrical stuf to firm up the peg positioning and add a bit of tension to suit.
