Went back to the ball field again for about an hour and a half.Found A 1942 Merc,3 wheats and 4 memorials from the 60’s.definitely some more silver there.

Wheat cents ratio to silver is high, normally it's 10 to 1.

First silver coin I found was a 42 merc. Using my first detector (F4). Still my favorite coins to date are mercs and wheats. Good digging!!! hhricknmi

Thats a good “play pen” to be spending time in. Hard to fathom no one else has played there…… or if they did then it was the type that walk their detector like they do their dog….

Lol yup.There’s a ton of targets there.i found 2 silvers and 7 wheats in 2 1/2 hours so they definitely missed alot.
