At my local city park...thumbed the discrim, as slingshot said in his posts. Nice, short, repeatable tone well past 1c/zinc. Was only 2" down. 14k; purple stones are amethyst, yes? Prob not worth much, but tons o' fun to find! Funny, as a guy told me in passing yesterday that this park is hunted hard, and there is "nothing" left to find...yeah, whatever...

Nice Find!! Tesoro Silver is my favorite Tesoro. I have really enjoyed mine, and it's found lots of stuff! I'm sure you will be finding lots more!

Great job! Its always fun to find rings of any kind but the gold are a little more special. Never beleive that anyone place is hunted out as people loose stuff daily. One guy told me hunted a park every couple of days and all the time and all the good stuff was gone well I have found 8 rings there this year alone. Once again nice job

That's a nice looking ring Kas!

Real pretty!

Congrats

Congrats Steve, nice ring.

You made my day! BTW, in areas that aren't too bad, I just keep the disc at it's lowest and look for anything that beeps. Find a lot of small rings that way. But in certain areas thumbing is nice. Nice find!:clapping:
