Silver umax chatters during disc adjustment

have noticed Silver umax chatters during disc adjustment , but only when the sensitivity is above 5-6 and it only chatters in the range of AM-iron on the disc , adjustments above iron remain quiet ? am wondering if this is the norm or anything to be concerned about

Yeah, mine does the same. It seems like the change increases the sensitivity a little as the signals seem to be a little sharper rather than smooth after passing this "iron"? setting. This is also the point that, once you pass it, you have eliminated small gold rings.:smoke:
