Met up with 4 other club members tonight to hit an old fair grounds. We only had a little over 2 hours to hunt before dark. Took a while to find it, but I got a 38 merc that looks almost new! Last target was a wheatie, but I have it soaking for a date. We will hit that place again!

It is a mid 1800's fairgrounds with tons of acres! I have a friend that has dug tons of old coins there dating back to 1822 large cents!

is still a fairgrounds! Tons of towering oaks over 100 years old, and a few original buildings. The dirt can be a little tough from years of being packed, but no problem for this guy! Come on up!
