Silver & Tokens Last Two Outings

Went out for a couple of hours today and three hours yeaterday and found some nice stuff. Found the following stuff 1 mystery coin or token the size of a half dollar that I posted yesterday 1 silver thimble -1 trade token that says T.J. Allen general merchandise Lucas Iowa good for $1.00 in merchandise-1 1909 lincoln and 8 other wheat cents-1 token that has two faces on the front and says Burton K Wheeler & Robert Follette-3 belt buckles-1 clock key-2 buttons-1 salt shaker top-2 buttons-1 silver rosy dime-19 regular pennies-6 dimes-2 nickles and a bunch of other odds and ins. I also found out that the machine will pick up extremely small objects very deep.

That is lots of goodies found in that hunt.
Congrats on the good dig.

Awesome hunt! The thimble looks pretty cool, is it silver? Congrats on the Rosey, large silver and '09 lincoln! Can you tell what variety the 09 cent is?

The thimble is stamped sterling with fancy designs around the bottom but has a couple of small cracks towards the bottom and the 1909 lincoln has no mint mark and no vdb on it second one I have found this year. I will get one with an s or a vdb one of these days. I just got permission for a large area that is now a corn field that used to be an early fair grounds. I might try to go there today I am sure I will pck up some nice stuff there it was from the early 1900s until the 1950s when they moved it.Still trying to figure out what the large half dollar size coin is. The yard I was in yesterday had some great soil in the front yard and I was pulling alot of stuff up that was very deep not alot of cinders in it which makes it so much easier to find good signals.

Im jealous of lots of those finds. You never even mentioned the silver thimble in the big list! LOL
