Any day I find one piece of silver is a great day for me. I have found 5 silver coins in the last week and a half with my MX5 and today started off with a bang. I walked up to the football field to find freshly limed yard marks. I told the maintenance worker that I would stay off the field so today's hunt started where the goal line met the end zone. I fired the MX5 up, swung exactly three sweeps, got a 89-91 signal, dug 7 inches deep and found a pristine mercury dime. I walked the entire side lines and found 18 more coins with one being a wheat. No more silver, but the morning did start out with a bang. It was like I purposely walked to that spot. I do wish I had those kind of powers.
