I've literally been hunting 4 times with my new CTX and I have returned with silver EVERY time so far! Unfortunately I've only been able to get out for an hour or two each time. I have dug some super deep rusty nails, a few beaver tails and a handful of modern clad but for the most part this machine is super consistent. I cant believe how many coins came out with nails next to them. Even better... I can't believe how easy it is to actually see on the display "hey... there's a coin... it's right next to a nail" and guess what... nine times outta ten it's a coin... right next to a nail! So awesome! Here's some pics of my past three hunts.

Sweet finds!,I have only got silver skunked one time so far out of about a dozen hunts and it just was that the spot was just not old enough!

Congrats on the rusty nails and beaver tails. I will take those nasty looking Merc's off your hand.
I would hate for them to clutter your collection.
