Silver spills and cheap thrills

"Dr.Tones"

New member
Well we went back to our latest honey hole and cleaned the place out. The wind was rippin as a cold front came through but we managed to squeeze out a ton of goods. Had a nice lil spill at one point too. For some reason the coins here didn't really "pop" like at other sites. We had a ton of one ways and iffies to deal with so patience was the name of the game. Ferrous coin, deep on, fast off, modified coin disc, combined with a nickel bin (comes in handy see!), low and slow. Thanks for watching! Please help us! If you enjoyed the video "like" it, share it! comment and subscribe! We've got some very different stuff on tap for this summer so I hope you'll stay tuned. Please feel free to PM me with any questions or requests. Thanks again.

The gear lookin thingy is a spurr. It rang in at a 12:39 if I remember right.

WOW...A spur...I love finding "stuff" like that. I agree with you on the Indians...One of my favorite coins also.

Tones, great vid, super property, it sure is nice when you procure a sweet spot that hasn't been searched.
The summer of fun has begun!

Nice video B..................Had to show those dimes didn't ya

:yikes: Looks like you had some fun! What do you have your nickel bin set at? :nerd:

Jart- I would have to look but I'm pretty sure I have it set at a wonkie semi low tone form 12:11-12:16. I set it at that because it gives me a tone that's not too similar to my high tones.

Nice video as usual tones cant wait until your next episode.HH charlie

Thanks for getting back to me, I just now found this! I forgot to click follow topic... I just realized last night that I had my volume settings set too low and also my threshold too low :rage: Maybe that's why I have been missing the deep targets?? They did seem awfully faint sounding! Oh well gives me an excuse to go back and do the spots I have been doing again searcing for deeper targets! I love the hunt :detecting:
