Finally found some silver today at an old baseball field. The '43 must not have seen much circulation, the '16 is a different story. The ring is marked as .925, going to take a little more cleaning to verify that... guess that means that the stone is CZ. Had a great time today and the weather was NICE, 71 degrees!

BTW, the ring is sitting on a .32 WCF shell casing...very old centerfire cartridge in the middle of this mill village ball fields??? Shooting contest?

Jarrett

Very nice hunting Jarrett! The mercury is one of my favorite all time silver coins. Very nice ring also, Beale.

Nice to get out for a change with nicer weather.

Nice to find silver.

HH,

Bullets turn up everywhere... this is America after all. Kids used to carry them around in their pockets, I know I did. The .32 WCF was indeed an oldie and so you have stumbled on to a mixed age site. Very nice collection What Tesoro are you susing?
