Help please time is running out, can someone please tell me what discrim this exact silver sabre umax runs , ED-120 or ED180? Thanks guyswheres Monte when you need him lol

I haven't had mine very long. I bought it in order to use the 4" coil and the fact it is supposed to ignore small iron like pins, etc. I am not the best person to answer this. Search Montes' messages. He wrote a very thorough dissertation on the subject. I still haven't digested it all yet! I can tell ya one thing, I will take the Silver over the Minelab Safari & Whites' VX3 any day. Those machines are not even on the radar when it comes to the fun factor. Now this is my opinion only. I am 65 years old & just don't feel like bringing in a back hole to dig a signal. 9" on a quarter is just fine for me. I've been getting pennys at 6" in ground heavily infested with rusted nails. Been using the 5.75 coil in very mild soil. The signal will be broken with a coin sound trying to "squeeze" through.

They're not that great. THAT'S WHY I HAVE THREE OF EM. Seriously, they're a good, fun to use detector.
