SILVER SABRE II COIL QUESTION

New member
I WANT TO PURCHASE A COIL FOR THIS MACHINE THAT WILL HANDLE EVER CHANGING GROUND MINERALS.NOT LOOKING FOR DEPTH,JUST A GROUND PUNCHER..5" TO 10" SIZE WILL DO....THANK YOU.

should be able to handle any task you might have for the proper-size and type coil.

HOWEVER .... "I WANT TO PURCHASE A COIL FOR THIS MACHINE THAT WILL HANDLE EVER CHANGING GROUND MINERALS." It will not be the search coil that will assist you by "handling ever changing minerals" because the Silver Sabre II, while a very good detector, relies upon an internally preset Ground Balance. Often, from personal experience when hunting in very mineralized environments, I have found the use of a larger-than-stock coil to result in an out-of-balance condition, mostly with a negative GB. Too negative to the point that there is falsing in the motion Disc. mode.

If you're not interested in a coil for improved or overly impressive depth of detection and want sold operation in a variety of sites, I'd suggest getting a 5
