Happy New Year to All! Hit the beach on the last day of 2005 and found this silver man's ring. Was there a good four hours on low tide and found mostly clad and bottlecaps...found the ring in the last hour 
It came out of the ground all black and I thought it was just another junk ring. The markings gave it away.
Can anybody tell me what that "g" means?
