Silver ring and coin spill from a hunted out site

Well, as they say, no site is ever hunted out! I keep going back and finding the goodies at this site. I am still very limited by all the vegetation, but I am working the paths very slowly and thoroughly. First I found a few flat buttons, and then the ring in the video, and finally a mini coin spill which included a 1917 & 1920 Wheatie and a 1923 Buffalo. The ring is the second turquoise silver I ever dug, and both were this summer!

Those kinds of finds are so satisfying as they prove that adage again and again in spades. I have hunted the same old park for many years and once, low and behold, there was a similar kind of pocket spill (40's) at 2 and half inches max. I still hunt that park and even though it is rare to find much, the occasional silver will pop up or small pocket of early clad and the occasional wheat. Nice ring and coins!

That is a pretty ring.

Nice finds :twodetecting::whites::buds:
