Silver Quarter and 2 Wheats

I went to a local park today . Had the vaquero with a stock coil super tuned , hoping to find some old deep coins . I found three coins all right but they were not deep . A 1946 quarter , 1911 and 1944 wheat cents . The quarter was in some loose soil , where a mole had tunneled . Ive hunted this area several times and this was the first silver coin I pulled from it .Video on the way .

Hatpin, congrats on the quarter, and I really like the video, especially your surprise to find the quarter! Can you tell us a little about where in the park you were searching, was it in an open field or near a walk way?
 
Thanks hihosilver , It was an open field . The Gopro I'm using , I found that too . I was on vacation and found it in the Guff of Mexico .
 
Congrats again Hatpin Looks like youre really getting the hang of your Vaq. I still only have less than 40 hours on mine. Hav'nt been able to hunt for a while due to back pain.If you were gonna guess how many hours do you think you have on the Vaq? Great Vid.HH
 
Metalfun , Ive had it 4 or 5 years . I have no idea how many hours I've used it . Its been a lot .

Heal up quickly so you can get out there .

I've been super tuning a lot more lately , with the sensitivity cranked to the end of the red . I dont crank the threshold up though because I like to hit the pinpoint button a lot . I keep the threshold a little louder than a slight hum .
