I am hoping someone can identify what this is. The piece measure 1 1/2" in length. I didn't realize it at first but there is something inside the "spear point" that rattles.
Any ideas? I'm clueless....:blink:

Also, I would be interested in knowing the time period of the piece. Thanks for any and all help!
