Silver Money clip, and about 9 dollars in clad.

I went downtown today for about an hour and a half to hunt a parking meter strip. I was pulling quarters out like wild then I had a real solid 12-46 signal at about 8 inches deep. I couldnt get it to come off of 12-46 at all. I circled around it and it was super solid from every direction I figured it was a copper token of some kind but it turned out to be this money clip. It as the initials B.L. on the front and a date and the initials T.T.L. and a heart. I dont know if T.T.L. is someones initials or something short for something else like LOL or LMFAO. Anyway I am trying to find the owner. I dont know how long it has been in the ground so it may be kind of hard.
