SILVER FOR SURE....

Well-known member
tomorrow. None yesterday or today, but according to the silver to wheats ratio's I am seeing posted, mine should come tomorrow. 4 wheats yesterday and 4 today. Although I may have to dig 1 or 2 more wheats to hit my usual ratio, I am over due by the norm. Probably will be a big silver, too.;) HH jim tn

PMA just whats needed your half way there:thumbup:

(positive mental attitude)

Jim,

Yep, you are due. One of the guys on our California 'Kinzli' forum just reported yesterday breaking a new personal record for most wheaties dug in a row without a silver coin.....

48....

Hope you don't get that far!

I think my personal best is 16 straight wheaties! - Jim

sad to say ive got many many wheats i love them all but alas my silver count is way out of the mentioned per centage i most now be dew for a windfall of silver if only the rain will stop i cant wait im at last surly due lol:wiggle:

been there, Jim, probably more times even, then I can recall. Actually, looking back at June numbers, I was about the norm. Had 12 silvers and 84 wheats, for a 7 to 1 ratio. None the less, I am still going to be looking for silver the next time out. Teleman 2525, you are due. Be careful the next time out with your digger so as not to nick that good silver. HH jim tn

I may be wrong and if I am that I'm sorry -but Mel Fisher said todays the day for quite sometime before it was.But then again its the thrill of the hunt and knowing that you could be just one beep away from you own Attocia that makes this such a good pass time.Every body have a safe holiday cause todays the day

Hey, some folks aren't even finding wheaties these days! Our "turf season" in CA is slow now, the ground is rock hard, it's hard to dig plugs, so we're not seeing a lot of silver and wheaties come out of the ground these days either. Beach season is in full force now.

We had some nice rain over the 4th weekend, otherwise our digging would have been over for a while as well. El, you might be right about a fresh spot, but this one is still giving up wheats and had given up several silvers. Now that we had some rain, I need to see the lawn mowers again. LOL HH jim tn

got a silver, a well worn 26 Merc. It was a tuffy. I had set the F 75 up with disc. 4, sen. 87 (was still a bit chattery) and 4h tones. The dime would only hit one way and went back and forth from the 3rd tone to high, but got an occasional 73-75 reading so I dug it. It was about 6" and almost completely on edge. That 4th tone works on those handicapped coins. As a side note, no wheaties today...so I have started the month off with a ratio of 13 wheats to 1 silver. But, the monkey is off my back. HH everyone, jim tn

That's right Jim, the monkey is off your back and you did it by getting a difficult, deep signal to boot. :beers:
