Silver dime trifecta for 2011

My first hunt in 2011 I found 3 siver dimes. A 1901 barber- 1935s merc- a 1959d rosey and only one wheatie before my battery died on me. But I was so cold by then I was ready to quit.

Were you at a park,school,or old house?How long did you hunt?
I'd definitely go back there.

I was at a very old park thats been detected over the past 40 years. I hunted for four hours in 25 degree weather.

Congratulations on the Tri-Fecta. Thanks for the attempt at frostbite to bring us the pictures and stories of today's finds!!! We need it. I'm just glad your able to still get a digger in the ground.

Nice finds, try those hand and feet warmers, cable tie a couple around batt. pack/ armrest. They work great for temperature extremes.......NGE
