Makes you a believer in seeking out the un-thought of places, don't it?codydog50 said:Hello to all! I broke my 2011 silver curse, searched an old theater today found 15 barber dimes 1898 to 1916, 10 mercury dimes 1917 to 1923 all within a four foot square area, makes you feel like a kid again when you see that silver in the hole! it's all uphill from here..
I would agree to the luck part, for sure.codydog50 said:You bet I'm stoked! going back tomorrow , ended the day with a 4 1/2" coil and a sore back, got more signals, couple more dimes! will add photos with more coins( I hope! )
Garrett GTA 1000, Garrett 1000 Power Master, Pro Pin-pointer and a lot of luck!
Only one phrase comes to mind - friggin awesome!codydog50 said:Hi guys, went out today, added to the pile! here is the two day coin total..15 Barber dimes(4 not in photo, gave them to the land owner)..17 mercury dimes..1910 Barber half, 1911 Barber quarter
(I'm still in shock!) 13 clad quarters, 3 clad dimes, 3 clad nickles and 24 pennies (4 wheaties) To top it all off, I invited my 28 year old son with his ACE 350, He showed up late."of course"
He went over the area I had searched 3 times, sure enough, he came up with 2 Barbers and 1 mercury.. I never could keep a secret! My luck has probably run out by now!
Maybe I should buy a power ball ticket just in case! It sure don't get any better than this..Good luck to all, thanks for all the head's up..Mike
