What can I say ? All of that rusted iron sitting around the coin in the picture was just inches off to the side in the hole. It was a scattered signal, but my brain said "dig it !" I simply cannot believe how good the Explorer is ... it has always exceeded my expectations

I also figured you'd all like to see this small spot where I have dug 11 silver coins, 3 buffalo nickels, countless wheat pennies and a few tokens this year. This is the old resort that I have pounded the snot out of, and it still gives up something every time I go. Enjoy the pics guys ..... I love this hobby

I was hoping that it was more coins in the hole but I was still impressed to see the iron too. It re-affirms to me what the Explorer is really capable of. Love it !

Nice WLH Dave. That big silver is so nice to find and you did very well getting that whisper of a signal with all that iron around that half. GL & HH when you hit that spot again. Gotta be some more hiding there and that Minelab will more than likely find it.
