You are on a roll all I seem to find is wheats.

Nice finds Beale,
I did basically the same thing as you except I found a mercury dime last Sunday and took off from work last Thursday and found a barber dime.... don't it feel good?
Keep it up,
Felix

Yeah, the wing looks like it has nice detail. Does the back look like it was sanded or does it look nice?

Either way it is fun digging silver, and you saved one more from the dirt.

Nice Beale! It makes me all warm and fuzzy inside when I contemplate all the millions of dollars in change our society has left laying around on the ground! Thanks for the pics. This is why I like this forum so much, it is very motivational to get out there and find the goodies.

good job! what happened to that merc? looks like someone sandpapered it?

It was found right next to a parking area. The head side was facing up. The soil was kinda rocky. Here is the back, Beale.

I am amazed at how uneven damage can be to an object. Even when the damage should be evenly dispursed. Applies to more than coins.

Nice finds, Beale. Silver is always nice. It gives you a boost when you find something good in successive outings. Well done!

Two nice finds Beale...WTG

Good for you Beale! Glad to see some silver is coming your way!
