Silver #150 in the hole and my oldest coin dated ?

marcomo

Well-known member
My 150th silver coin and #13 for the year, my 7th 1963-D rosie. I've been trying to take pictures in the hole when I remember to take my camera, I posted my most recent. That first glint of a silver find is always a kick for me.

Also a couple photos of what must be my oldest coin yet that I found a couple weeks back and has been soaking in olive oil. Unfortunately it is in woeful shape. I can tell it is a large cent, but no date is even close to visible.

Thanks for looking!

Congrats! I am with you. There is little quite like seeing that first glint of silver in the hole or clod.HH jim tn
