Is there any way to modify this weapon detector into a pinpointer?

Go to www.firstontop.com click on the metal detector info and you can make a very good pinpointer for unter $20.
I had one for over one year and it is still going strong.
the pinpointer will pickup a dime at 1.5 inch or more.
Hope this helps

Just to let everyone know that I have built the probe from a modified"Little Wizard" hand metal detector into a probe. The problem with this unit is that it is extremely temperature sensitive to cold weather. It does not work in cold weather. Also it drifts constantly and has to be readjusted constantly. If you have one, put it in your refrig and then see if it works. A refrig is only 40 degrees so it is not that cold, but it does affect the "little Wizard".

I don,t know how to post urls but look at http://tomstreasures.com/ toms treasures internet magazine Shows how to modify a stud finder to pinpointer.I havent tried it but will soon.HH,Mont
