Went to a field near my house with my garrett treasure ace 300. Iv been eyeing up this field for months so I had a bit of spare time so off I went. I was in the field for about 3 hours and not a signal only iron and the odd bits of foil. So I thought to my self il carry on for abit longer. The rubbish signals kept coming thru my headphones when all of a sudden the loudest nicest signal came to me. So dug the target and it turns out to be a gold coin so 4 hours for that. God I love metal detecting.

Gold coins are a very rare find .Congrats !!!

sorry averyone cwilk is right i did a bit of research and it it is bronze but this is defo gold my father-in-law found it last week with a silver sabre plus and i found 6 roman minims.
