hello all, shown are some of the items you would expect to find on old homesites. when your're finding stuff like this, then you know your're close!!! such finds can quickly date the site for you, along with any coins you might find. old pieces of china, solid metal toys, mason jar lids, old knives, pocketwatches, thimbles, and even old solid brass upholstery tacks can tell you a lot about the place your're hunting. there's even an old house number 8 in there. enjoy the pics, and hh,

I have found several of those,but were not sure what they were

Thats Cool , that would explain it being with the button with the Great Seal , I
