Sierra Madre-Newer Model

When was the last time anyone has seen one for sale anywhere...I can not seem to remember seeing one anywhere...Must be one good detector or very little produced...

I don't think there is much demand for it since most of us has all metal mode built into our detectors already.

The Sierra Madre is no longer part of Whites line. It used the same circuitry as the 6000, with no discriminator. They did soup it up so that it was hotter than a standard all metal detector ans was a favorite for pipe locating and cache hunting. I sure hated to see them quit making it, but it was analog and I suppose was no longer profitable to produce. Too bad, but that's progress, or is it!

White's has updated the old SM with a slim line box, new coil and battery pack but still an analog All Metal detector.

The slimline design was a part of their line for several years and a popular machine, but is no longer part of the line. Perhaps Kellyco has backstock or Whites is building just for them. I was told by Whites that the rig had been discontinued. I was going to buy one and couldn't. Just looked at Whites website and its not listed there at all. Maybe they'll bring it back.
