I took the 1236x2 to a sidewalk demo Sunday. Besides the finds pictured I got 8 corroded wheat's, 1corroded Indian , 5 clad dimes, 1quarter and 1 nickel. Thanks for looking. Dale

Not sure I know what you mean by sidewalk demo. Were you demonstrating the machine for someone else or
did you take some one or friends out to demo how a metal detector works. Anyway nice finds. BTW were the sidewalks more in the residential areas?

Ah ha. Guess I should have read the other replies before I posted my question.
But still, were the side walks more in the residential areas?

Nice finds, Dale. Were your recoveries from where the old sidewalks were after being demolished and removed, or from the boulevard stretch? Again, neat recoveries. HH jim tn

Old sidewalks in downtown Collinsville, IL.

Thanks, Dale. I was just wondering, as demolition projects in old city/town areas can produce some really wonderful finds and opportinities that don't come along all that often. Hit it while you can. HH jim tn
