Here is a picture of the gold I have found at this particular beach I am detecting right now... When I was inquiring about the beach I was told it was hunted out...you can see the size of the sapphire ring.

24 gold in dozen or so hunts there... picture doesn't include the silver or the junk rings, I accidentally stuck in the signet silver.
