Anybody know where to find one. I'm having trouble finding any info on a Clean Sweep for a Cortes.

Should be able to get one from a dealer. I have seen them advertised on line from a number of dealers. Check out some of the forum sponsors. I believe you want the 5 pin uMax type for the Cortes, not the 4 pin for the H.O.T. detectors.

There is one currently listed on that popular on-line auction site ... but so far the seller has not posted if it is a 4 pin or 5 pin coil.

Yup!

That's correct.

The CS I use on my Sabre came from a fellow with a Cortes.

5 pin.

It definitely cuts a wide swath in the acreage, yet I do not feel it is a particularly deep coil.
