I took Brian and Sarah to see a Cival War re-enactment on April 22nd. I had never been to one but one of Brian's friends at school acts in it with his dad. It was really fun to watch. We were invited to participate in one with them, they will provide clothes and guns for me and a period outfit for Brian. Here is on pic from the re-enactment. More are in the "In Box" gallery on my photo web site.

Sarah was in a school play last weekend and this proud papas eyes were tearing up thinking about how fast they grow up. Soon, she'll be out and on her own.

Carol, the kids and I went to the park last night and had an enjoyable time. Brian made a new friend and Sarah and Carol walked around the walking trail. I took pics of course. Here are a couple of the kids at the park.

Brian...and Carol and I were up all night because Brian had the Russian flu (rushing to and from the bathroom). He baptized the sofa a couple of times and none of us got much sleep. He must have a stomach virus.

For all of you going to the CMD hunt...here's to an awesome time! Praying for traveling mercies for those on the road and perfect weather for the hunts. I know you'll have great fellowship and worship together. Just wish I could be there.

Thanks for sharing them. Looks like the kids had a fun time. Yes, they do grow up fast. My firstborn will be 30 in a few months and my baby will be 27 even sooner.

God Bless!

Dave

ps: Ditto on the forum hunt!

I will keep you updated on the hunt! You will feel like you are here! :)

Neat pics Doug - they sure do go fast. My son will be 36 this year. Russian flu = funny one, never heard that before. We'll be thinking of you all and others who cannot make it this year to the hunt.
Thx for the CW pics - as I detect those things sometimes, I am looking and drooling, Steve in so az

Nice pics, Doug! You and Carol are blessed with beautiful children! Sarah is going to steal some boy's heart, someday, if she hasn't already! Brian looks like he's feeling and doing better!

God Bless!
Betty
