Shovel

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this or not but was wondering about a shovel for woods hunting for relics. A short handles garden spade or something similar to the Lesche Sampson w/serrated edge?

Thanks in advance

I purchased a trenching shovel (used to plant trees) I cut the 12" blade down to 8" and shortened the handle. Shovel measures about 20" and carry it on a hook on my belt. You can sharpen and it is very strong for heavy digging. TomB

I had the Sampson till it got left behind  I love it and will get another. It does not grab alot of dirt but work great for me. My Husband uses the Raven and he loves that one and it moves alot of dirt.
